When to eat the right foods.

Can u guys tell me when it is right to eat the right foods,
Like give me a list of hig protein foods---and a list of high carbo foods please...And also tell me when i should take them..

As a general rule:

Protein = Meats
Carbs = Sugars, Starches
Fats = Oils, nuts,etc.
