Eating chocolate and sweets when bulking...

I know it isn't a CLEAN way of bulking, but does it work, or will it hinder my attempts?

Thanks guys :)

if you eat a little amount of chocolate once and awhile or another type of sweet i wouldn't worry about it that much!

As long as you re meeting your calorie requirments for th day then yes but u may put on a little extra fat than if you got those calories from say a protein bar instead but if you are not so bothered about fat while bulking then dont worry about it

it means it stops your body/muscles synthesising the protein meaning using it i think which is obviously a really huge bad thing to happen if its right but ive never heard of that before i mean alot of protein bars have chocolate on them and chocolate whey must have a bit in

100% of people who post statistics on internet forums are chronic liars.

Sugars ruin my appetite, thats the only reason I try and eat as little as possible. Less calories from sugars = more calories from good food.

I heard chocolate is one of the contributing factors leading to ear hair. I read it on CNN...you eat chocolate you get ear hair. They are currently doing research linking lollipops and nose hair, i'll keep you guys informed.
