What's the difference? I can get like 4 times the amount of turkey breast for the peice of chicken. Is there that big a difference in the amount of protein etc? Just wondering guys.
its roughly the same i remember checking them out in tesco their was actually more protein and less fat in the chicken. I asked a few people and every1 seemed to think that turkey tasted tough and not as nice but i cnt tell the difference.
sorry i meant to say more protein and less fat in the turkey

Turkey is great!!! I have done the 'substitute turkey for chicken' thing and it has worked out well for me. I think just go with whichever one you can get more of for less money, ie which ever one is more cost effective. I have found that the taste/toughness has a lot more to do with how you cook it then with what type of poultry it is, with the exception of Duck which just has a lot of fat in it, but mmm mmmm it tastes good.
