I'm 6'3 215 and I want to lose 15 pounds. I'm not really sure about my body fat but I would guess in the 14-16 percent range since I can see parts of my abs. I have three questions.
1. I have looked around and I have found that my maintenance calories are about 3000 calories. Does this sound correct?
2. So since I am trying to lose weight should I lower it to 2,500? Is this correct?
3. Lately I have only been eating about 2000 calories a day so should I slowly go up a 100 calories a day until I get to 3000 calories then eat at that level for two or three days then lower my calories to 2,5000 or should I just start eating 2,5000 calories a day?
