Age - 14
Height - 5' 6''
weight - 160
work out - benchin, treadmil, sit ups,
cause - want to get cut or tone arms, lose body fat, sculpt chest for abs.

im sort of chubby so yeah
also im not tryin to go for that big body building look just normal cut arms

Okay, you're saying you need the help for your son in some posts, and for yourself in this one.

keep doing those 3 exercises if you want to have your sculpted chest and arms in about 10 years. If you want faster results, start exercising your entire body. Do bench press, dead lift, and squats if your back can take it. If not do leg press.

put those in your routine they will make u grow faster

You gotta do legs...and everything else...Its not about having great arms or becoming a curl jockey although squat and bench jocks are quite acceptable...:)
