HRT and Cycles

Assuming a person were on HRT for life, could he theoretically just continue a cycle indefinitely? Assuming there were no substances at play too detrimental to the liver/cholesterol. PCT wouldn't really be necessary as there would be nothing to recover to, correct?

Correct. But that's really the only benefit, all the other health risks are still present and should be addressed.
