.. not only in soy.
Take a look at the facts:

1)4 ounces cabbage: 2700ng
2)1 egg: 993ng
3)1 bowl split pea soup: 908ng
4)1 ounce wheat germ: 567ng
5)8 ounces milk: 34ng
6)3 ounces beef: 2ng

Kill the cabbage now..

That's great :)

I used to consume large amounts of veggies(and cabbage)..
Now I have restricted the consumption and I'm much better. :D
High estrogen=devil

FYI. Neither men nor women can live without estrogen. The only issue is the amount.

So, in other words, about .027 milligrams in 4 oz of lettuce, and .00993 mg in an egg.

Worrisome quantities indeed.

what are the absorption rates of estrogen from these foods?
IS it 100% absorption? or do things like fibre and phyates interfere with absorption? do other nutrients in the food compete for competition of absorption rights?

these have to be looked at before stop eating the foods as they could be low rates of absorption.

No. Men have more testosterone than women. Women have far more estrogen than men.
