Im 17 years old, 6 foot, i weigh 148
On workout days i consume about 2700 calories, and on non workoutdays i consume about 2100. Is this a bad idea?

Yes. This is a cutting strategy.
You need mass. Now is NOT the time to cycle calories and try to cut.
EAT.

Exactly; this is what I do. The only day I KIND of slack on eating is Sunday because I haven't lifted since Friday so I figure a hard eating day on Saturday is fine and just take it easy on Sunday. Every other day however is eat as much as possible.

Yes, if I could attend that I certainly would...
Only problem = my job; 7-3 shift at QuikTrip. :(

Depends, I seriously doubt you wana cut. On a bulk youd probably want around 3000 calories on workout days and about 2500-2000 on non lifting days. I do it like this, 2500 on a lifting day and <2000 on Saturday and Sunday (because I lift every weekday). Im triming right now while slowy building strength.
