View Full Version : First Pics

05-18-2005, 03:19 PM
These are my first posted pics, Ive been lifting about 3 months now and am in the process of bulking...it may not seem like much but I used to be 15 to 20 pounds lighter than this a few months ago. Now I weigh in at 150-155.

I like the pic of my back without the a-shirt the best...just looks cool to me i guess. Please dont diss the pics but constructive criticism as well as a few good comments would be apreciated.

Thanks all

good shoulders for your size..actually, good overall arm balance..you'll have a "big arms" look when you fill out some more..there's a nice transition from upper to lower arm there..

Very nice work so far - you look nice and thick for 16 - you've actually got TRAPS, which is very cool! I agree with the comments so far - you're going to become more and more meaty, and look BEEEG in short order, if you keep this up.

Nice arms, good to see you're working back. Even your chest has a good shape, and it's early in your lifting career - chest takes a long time for a lot of guys.

Good posing, too.

The big question now.... leggies? how are the leggies coming along?

05-18-2005, 11:36 PM
i don't think he's gonna be one of "your" leg-men, built..lol. you'd better set him straight..make him understand what a woman thinks about those legs.

Big legs are totally HOT.

I'm workin on it!!

Big legs are totally HOT.

Haha...damn Ill need to step it up a notch just for Built!

My legs are pretty thick in proportion to my body, but they arent as well defined due to the fact that I work out in my basement. I made my own power rack and I have lots of wieghts, but its just really hard to do squats with my ghetto power rack.

hahaha, that rack is tight, you really got dedication to actually build your own, i dunno if the wood can support really heavy weight for when you're a beast, i guess we'll see (how much weight it can support)

you're looking good, keep it up

That is a nice rack man... ;) Decent looking pics for 16 man. Bis can stand to gain a lot. Traps looking decent. Chest and delts need some work too...

05-19-2005, 02:56 PM
Yeah I wouldn't trust that rack with much more than 150lbs, so I don't blame you about the squats. Props for having the dedication to actually build your own, though. You look like you've got a great start.

ok..I've seen two different computers in this thread. Sell one of them, and get a real rack before you kill yourself.

I swear to god that you look exactly like me, except I am only 14 and have blonde hair, plus a bit more fat. I suppose that thats why you look so good. (i hope that didn't sound too gay, not that there's anything wrong with that)

Is that power rack really tall, or is just me, why so big man?

Thanks all for the good comments and the tips!

Cra-Z: Bi's: Im workin on Bi's with some curls, and drag curls which burn my bi's like hell (BTW: Should i be increasing my curl weight every time?)
Chest: Just yesterday was the first time since my first time ever doing bech that my chest acually is sore, I was very happy with this because ive been trying to work it alot with hardly any results ( I changed my bench from higher weight-lower reps to lower weight-15 reps x 5 sets

Any Tips on exercises good for delt work??

bigwhitecancer: thanks for the comments, The rack is really tall cause I just didnt bother cutting the top off the 2x4's

Guido: This rack is acually very stable: I have had 200 pounds on it before and it wobles a little, but is still standing as you can see. But I really need hooks to do squats properly and if I made them then the rack would tip i think
