chicken salad + fat free mayonnaise

is fat free mayonnaise bad for you ?

ive been eating a lot of chicken salad lately. here are ingredients :

chicken
hard boiled egg
celery
fat free mayonnaise
onion
green bellpepper

any suggestions?

What do the macronutriets end up being and what are your goals?

I wouldn't say its bad for you... but low fat mayo, doesn't have that much fat, tastes a ton better, and has a lot less artificial ingredients.. so thats what I use.

i don't think fat free mayo is bad for you... and i'm wondering how you stand the taste!! i can't even take low fat mayo!

nonfat plain yogurt works well to replace fat free mayo, plus its much better for you. But ff mayo is not bad at all imo. Eat up, just dont use a cup at a time or anything. And watch out for added sugars.
