How much fat does 93% lean ground sirloin have?
Also, how much fat does 95% lean ground sirloin have?

Sorry, I meant in terms of grams per 3 oz (usually the regular serving size).

93% has bout 8g per 4oz raw. Don't know about the 95% tho.

112g x .05 (5% fat) = 5.6g ... for 4oz 95%
112g x .07 (7%) = 7.84g fat... for 4oz 93% ...
The percentages mean that per 100g 95% of it is not fat, not necessarily protein, but not fat... so 5% would be...
So for example 90% would have 10g fat per 100g, 80 would have 20g etc, etc... Those numbers really help clear things up alot.
