Has anyone tried eggwhite powder? I can't stand eggs. I can eat them occasionally, but not every day. Anyone tried this product?

Another option is liquid egg whites. Since they are paturized, I don't see why they couldn't be added to a shake.

I also want some feedback on the powdered egg whites, I am thinking about getting some to put into shakes if they are good.

I have seen that advertised in MD, how are they shipped? They are in liquid form right? So wouldn't that have to be kept cool?

i've tried the stuff, but was not too crazy about it.
i couldnt finish the entire tub because it tasted like ass. i mixed it with milk, and i tried water as well. but putting it in a shake, it could be alright

The box is kept cool during shipping. It actually arives semi-frozen. You have to thaw it out and shake it up to mix it, then refrigerate. Tastes fine to me, actually it doesn't taste like anything. I throw it into oatmeal in the mornings, or bed time shakes, or whenever I feel I need some extra protein. Sometimes just drank it straight.

I just get out the ole faithful skillet, fry me up about 6-8 egg whites and 1-2 yolks.

the egg whites are expensive from int. 14 bucks is just the shipping. 60 servings will cost you close to 80 bucks
