The bucket is 10.5" high, the 25lbs plate is 1" (i think). As you see, i am going past parallel, but dunno how much ?? anyone?
Also, i get a sharp pain in the leg joint. I included a pic with a circle to show the location. Is it my form that's causing this? or is beginner's pain until i get used to it...It only happens on my right leg, (rightsided) and doesnt linger throught out day.

In summary, i love box squats. I am coming down very slow because i am afraid of going too fast just to reach the box. I had one time that i got stuck on the bottom and drop the bar. There is quite a distance like 5" btw the bar (on back) and rack pins. Oh, forgot..My feet stance is symmetric. It looks like one foot is forward than the other because the vid was shot at an angle. I do try my best to keep symmetry even though i tend to look down to make sure..
