so nuts are ok even it they are high in fat? i LOVE pistachios but have been avoiding them because they are high in fat.

also. since nuts are so high in fat won't they throw off your calorie ratios way off? I guess you could only eat them if you had almost no other fat in your diet? Or do you just not count them like incomplete proteins in other stuff.

they are incomplete proteins but still a good source of quality fat
Its ok to eat nuts just dont eat them with a lot of carbs and watch how they fit in to your overall cal. intake

they are most useful on lower carb diets
