11am - 4 egg beaters, 1 cup skim milk, 2/3 cup oats
2pm - 2 slice ww bread, 6 oz chicken or tuna
5pm - pre work out shake: 1 cup skim, 1 scoop ON whey, 2/3 cup oats
7:30pm- post work out: 2 scoops ON whey, 1 cup water, and Phosphagen HP
8:30pm - 3/4 cup rice, 6 oz chicken
11:30pm - ? (today I had 4oz chicken, 1/2 cup rice)
1:30-2am: 1 cup CC, 1/4 cup almonds OR 2 tbsp natty pb

Please critique my diet, and help me figure out what to put at 11:30pm meal...to hold me over til bedtime meal... thanks in advance.

it looks like youre not getting enough fat, all i see is the peanut butter/almonds

I am not sure how to figure out the ratios... I've been cutting since 215lbs and I'm down to 190lbs right now. The diet is working fine, I'm 5'11 with 9.6% bf. I just want to get down to 8.5%... So I was asking what else I can adjust, and what I can put into my 11:30pm meal.

Nah just summer, and Im taking a few classes and thats all, so I dont have to do anything til 12am so I sleep in.

What should my 11:30pm meal be? any ideas? I guess it needs to be about 300 calories...

Please stop guessing. Go to www.fitday.com, enter your foods, and post up your grams of protein, carb, fat, and total calories. We will be able to help you from there.

No need to go to fitday I know all the stats...In my head, ive looked at this **** 100 times

Meal 1: 32g protein / 52g carbs including whatever fat (410 cal)
Meal 2: 35g protein / 32g carbs including whatever fat (380 cal)
Meal 3: 31g protein / 40g carbs pre " " (400 cal)
Meal 4: 46g protein / 35g carbs post " " (370 cal)
Meal 5: 35g protein / 40g carbs " " (400 cal)
Meal 6: ? still deciding... " " (300?)
Meal 7: 32g protein / 16g fat " " (380 cal)

also 16g fat as a snack somewhere in between usually after meal 2...
almond snack...170 calories

I need a meal 6 that i can stick with... today imma have vpx mrp

45g protein / 22g carbs (276 cal)

Im all messed up i keep changing my later meals, becausse im going for 2300-2400 if you add this up its 2800 so i need it at 2300-2400...anyway i can stick with just 16g fat? helpppppppp

im going by this

6 oz chicken = 200
1 cup rice = 200 calories

correct?

Depends on which chicken part, depends on the rice, if it's cooked or raw...

1cup of rice cooked? b/c 1/4cup rice raw is like 170
