I weigh myself at the gym today. 169 lbs. No shoes on. Pretty much the same clothing. A few days ago I was 173 lbs. How could I lose weight over the weekend?? I also ate pretty good IMHO too!!
This is really confusing.
My goal was 175 by Tues. But.... Nevermind now.

Yep.
Do a major carbup, eat some salt, and I guarantee you you'll see that weight come right back to you.

Your weight from day to day will fluctuate.

I was using the old fashioned scale that the doctors use. No electronics at all.

Water is mother, gets me down when I see a 5 lb difference in like 24hrs. Did you go to the John before weighing yourself?
ya your loss has to be water. I've seen extremely fast loses of around 5 pounds like that too and at first i was really shocked but it comes back.

Heh during football season I would lose on average 5lbs per practice, most sever was 10lbs in one practice.. needless to say I was extremely dehydrated and sick. They made me ingest 1 and a half gallons of gatorade and one gallon of water before I could practice again. During track season, our gay coaches would make us throwers run with the runners for god knows why. I would lose on average 2lbs every single day but would gain it all back as soon as I got a drink.
