View Full Version : How Do I take supplements the right way?

hi. Is there anything wrong with taking a lot of supplements all sometime during the day ALL AT ONCE ?

I take Vits A,E,B complex,C,ZMA,glutamine,multivitamin,creatine.

--Are any of these better taken apart from some others?
--Should I take ZMA on an empty stomach and can calcium really slow down absorption of ZMA?
--Will it be better if I take creatine with highGI carbs and then drink my protein shake even if it's not after a workout?
--Do I really have to drink a full glass of water with vitamins?

You can take the a, c, e and b after you workout, same with the creatine and glutamine. Glutamine can also be taken 1st thing in the AM and before bed. Multivitamin 1st thing in the AM, ZMA before bed. Clacium will inhibit abosrbtion of zinc so if you drink a protein shake before bed, take your ZMA 1/2hour to an hour before. Just make sure you take your vitamins with food and water to help digestion.
