I'm doing a pretty basic westside routine but I want to work in some sprints somewhere to stay in shape. I have a wrestling camp in Oaklahoma that I'm going to and I don't want to be weezing when I get there. Should I do them on leg day, when on a rest day? Before or after workout? I'm worried about getting tired before a workout or overtraining.
