The EFAs in flax oil will get damaged if you cook with it. Stick to butter for frying.

Which is better for you? I mean, my strong inclination is to say flaxseed oil, but they're both good for you. Flaxseed has the highest concentration of omega-3s in plant form, and -- as anyone who has been paying attention knows -- omega-3s are good for you in a number of ways.

I use them both religiously.

Hey, but what about cold-pressed Organic Hemp Oil?
I don't know if they are selling this in the US as this is a Canadian product.
Check it out:

This is what I take, although I have nothing against Flaxseed oil, that's super good too.

Why not take both oils? I take 1 tablespoon of unfiltered expeller cold pressed virgin olive oil and 1 tablespoon of Barleans Falx Oil every day along with 12 fish oil capsules.

DO NOT ever cook with flax oil as others have said as it is not a cooking oil. Olive oil or butter.

Whats different from unfiltered expeller cold pressed virgin olive oil and just regular olive oil?

Unfiltered cold pressed virgin olive oil is better for you as it is not processed with any heat nor filtering equipment which can damage the oil. It is more expensive but I like to err on the side of better health.

Here is a good link for Olive Oil FAQs:

I don't use this oil though, I use Delallo's olive oil.
