OK, I'm nowhere near a pre-contest... but I was just curious about one I was pondering up. Many on here have suggested the use of dbol during pre-contest to stay full.... but at what dosage? I'm going to take a guess and say 20-25mg/day for 4 wks/on, 4wks/off etc
This is what I was thinking about doing for a precontest.. when the time came. I'm going to do a precontest cycle in a bout 1- 1 1/2 years (just to get to know my body better before I REALLY do a contest). I know my body pretty well now, and I know it well enough that I'm going to start 16 weeks out. As far as the diet, I'm unsure of so far. Will probably be either something along the lines of Chase's diet, or the TwinPeaks carb cycling. I'm not far enough into either of the diets yet to decide which is best for me. The best results I've ever gotten from a diet thus far has been a UD2, but I don't think thats quite good enough for contest level bodyfat readings. Right now I'm trying the 40/30/30 at maintenance-15% and it seems to be going well, I'm losing roughly 2lb's week, with minimal cardio. I'm going to continue cutting until mid September, so I'm sure we'll see how good it works in the upcoming 2 months.
Now, onto the cycle itself... 16weeks.
I haven't tried tren yet, so this might not even be on the list by the time I come around this cycle. I'll definately try it before then, probably later this year.
Weeks 1-12: Test prop @ 100mg ED
Weeks 13-16: Test suspension @ 50-100mg ED
Weeks 1-16: Tren @ 75mg ED
Weeks 8-16: Winstrol @ 50mg ED
Clenbuterol: 2 weeks on 2 weeks off @ 100-160mcg/day throughout the entire cycle.
T3: starting week 10 @ 50-100mcg/day
DNP will be added from weeks 12-14 @ 400-600mg/day ONLY if needed. (if I'm lagging way behind and need to drop another 2-3% within the short period of time) + that gives me 2 weeks to drop the water.
Now, I was curious as how to apply the D-bol? Being on the Winstrol will already be damaging to my liver, and I don't wanna **** it up too much, obviously. So would the dbol be rotated 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off, 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off (then show)?
I also haven't dabbled with Deca or Equipoise yet, which is why neither are listed, but I've read and am told that EQ is a great precontest drug because of the superb vascualarity and nutrient partitioning it gives.
I hope I don't look like too much of a ****ing idiot posting this. lol.. It IS nearly 2 years away.. so I've got plenty of time to rethink things.
