1 can chicken of the sea tuna
1 table spoon taco or chili seasoning

Destroy this nonsense in a blender until it resembles refried beans.

I am a noob in cooking so bare with me please. What is "chicken of the sea tuna?" Did you forget to mention the amount of salsa? What is "1 string cheese"? Thanks.

chicken of the sea is a tuna brand. It doesn't matter how much salsa (read: personal preference). "1 string cheese" = "1 cheese string" = "whatever cheese you have around"
Alamo Bowl
1 can black beans
Low fat white cheese
2 chicken breasts diced
1 cup cooked brown rice
Lemon
diced toms. (or rotel)
black olives
Blend the black beans with lemon in a blender
place brown rice at the bottom of a bowl and mix it with 1/4 can of rotel, add the black beans on top, with diced toms. or salsa or more rotel, add the diced chicken on top of that and mix it with a little bit salsa and top with the cheese. Nuke it or bake it to melt the cheese then garnish with baked whole wheat pita chips. This should get you about 2 servings.
King Ranch Caserole
Soak whole wheat tortillas in green salsa (canned tomatillo sauce)
Take one whole roasted chicken and debone it
in an oiled casserole dish layer chunks of tortilla like you would the pasta for lasagna, add a layer of chicken, a layer of white low fat cheese, then more tortilla and sprinkle more salsa on it. Repeat this until the casserole dish is filled. Top with more cheese, cover and bake for 30 minutes at about 250 or until cheese is melted throughout.
