So I'm supposed to consume 2500 to 3400 calories a day. I'm only up to 850 today with 129 grams of protein so far. I can't imagine having to eat 3 or 4 times what I'm already eating. I guess I'm gonna have to start doing supplements.

You don't need supplements, you need to figure out what you're doing. A typical restaurant meal is probably over 1000 cals, so that should give you an idea that it's not too difficult to reach 2500-3400. What are you eating right now such that a day's worth of intake is only 850 cals????

1 cup dry oats, 1 cup frozen blueberries and 1 scoop whey with h2o..... 607 cals
2 slices flax bread , 2 tbsp Nat pb, 1 small banana 483 cals
etc etc.....there is 1k calls right there.....

1 Large pizza is approximately 3500 cals depending on where it's from. Not the best source of calories, but a good example that it isn't difficult to hit that number in an entire day.

I have a hard time eating BELOW 3500 calories. I can't imagine not LOVING to eat.

I could easily eat 4000+, but my superiorly stupid body has a metabolism that could be outrun by a 2 year old kid on a tricycle. I always keep under 2500 and aim for 1800-2000 every day, which is just to every so slowly lose weight. Im talking 1-2lbs per week.

3 scoops whey
1 cup oats
24 oz milk
2 tbsp natty PB
1 banana
Mix it up in a blender and drink. It's not very filling but contains ~1200 cals.

I absolutely hate everything about eating, and even I have a very hard time eating below 3500 cals.
Just track calories and increase as needed. Easier said than done, but that's really all it takes.
I can't even imagine not loving eating...oh wait...uh...nope, I can't imagine it. I think about food non stop. When I smell food, I salivate and get excited like I did when I was a kid on christmas morning. It's pretty impressive really...I sometimes eat until I bleed internally. I try to look 7 or 8 months pregnant with food at least once a day.

pancakes with a crap load of eggs and pancake mix, whey protein, mixed berries or any fruit really, and through in some natty pb if u want. 4-500 calories per 10 inch pancake, worked for me when bulking. and it actually tastes really good.

I still don't get how people have prolems not eating enough. I can still eat even when I'm not hungry (which really drives me crazy btw).

if you find it hard to eat kcals. drink them in weight gain shakes they can go down like water.

I DESPISE eating. My cheat days are days when I dont have to eat anything. (which can hurt you during a bulk obviously)

850 calories can be consumed in 1 meal-easily.

If your body responds fine to a crapload of malto/sugar than weightgainers are acceptable. As body pointed out, it's a hell lot easier to drink cals than eat them. MuscleJuice Banana flavour tasted so good that I find myself preparing shakes even when I don't need them!

if you are down on calories and need a quick boost this is personally what I have found to be the best fix:
2 cans of red beans/kidney beans. Heat those up in a pot, then drain the liquid, put it in the bowl and add olive oil, lemon juice and dill weed. That is a 1000+ calorie meal right there

This is an example of a comfortable breakfast that I could eat.
8 eggs sunny side up
4 pieces of toast
2 pieces of bacon
2 pieces of ham
2 pieces of turkey
Id be willing to be thats close to if not over 1000 cals right there and I eat just that the morning after every thanksgiving.
When my dad makes deer meat cheese burgers ( we have deer meat ground ) I usually end up eating 6 or so plus a can of corn and a bag of those lipton chicken flavored noodles.
But those days aren't all that often so its ok : )
