HCG how should i run it

I have been reading about mixed reviews on how to run HCG

My cycle is 17 weeks long so i would like to use HCG before i do clomid and nolv (PCT)

Should i run it 10 days before i start my PCT for 10 days @ 1000iu/ED and should i do 500iu sat/sun this week since its about mid cycle??

Any help or info is appreciated. Thanks

500iu's 2-3 times per week for the duration of your cycle is best.
