Hypertrophy link I found that clued me in some. Other people might know all about this but I'm in the "learning" phase. Helped me a bit.

I'm going to need a new routine. So I think I'll try to structure mine more around less rest (I think I have too much time off now). I'll just need to find a way to get into the gym more, heh.

I found the part about eccentric movements interesting. Am I right in assuming that is the "negative" of the movement? Such as, lowering the bar to your chest in a bench, or lowering the bar to neck level on a military press?
