Yea so ive decided to start a journal. Ive been lifting for close to two years now. It all started when i had to do rehab for scoliosis during the summer two years ago. After the summer was over I got a pair of dumbells and worked with those for a whole year. IT wasn;t really untill a year after, during the end of the summer that I joined a gym near my house and began my transformation. That year( which would be the past ten months) I followed a crap load of differnet routines switching up pretty often. I learned what exercises I respond best to and so forth. This allowed me to go from 150 pounds and a pot belly to 183 lbs and a body fat of 6-7 percent. I eat as much as i can keeping my calories to a little more than 4000 a day. O yea and thanks to my older brother who joined the gym a month or two ago and is also a member here ,unholy, I have been able to push my self more and more in he gym. Yea so that sums up my body building career so far. Yea so that sums up my body building career so far.

DB FLYES 30X15 35X11 40X8 45X5 AND THAN I DID TWO SETS OF CABEL CROSS OVERS FOR THE HEEL OF IT
It was a good 30 minute work out

SOOOOO ..... TODAY I HIT LEGS. IT WAS A REALLY GOOD SESSION. The thing looked like this-
Squats- 135x15 225x12 245x8 265x9
Machine HAck Squats- 270x15 450x12 630x8 700x6 (I felt really light headed after this, but after a sip of water i was back in it)
Seated leg curls- 120x16 165x12 210x11 210x6
Leg Extentions- 105x15 150x12 180x10
seated calf raises- 90x15 135x17 180x15 Than i did a drop set of this from.....> 225x15 180x10 135x10 90x15 They were burning like a mofo after this and i almost busted my *** walking up the steps. Thats how you kno you had a good work out :evillaugh

Good **** today on legs those hac squats where sic, I can vouch for the 700 x 6 and that 4-5 out of the 6 were completly parallel.

Today I did arms. I didnt eat breakfast before my work out and that was a big mistake. I had very little energy.
bb curls- 45x15 75x12 85x8 95x5

TOday sucked. I've been tired and sleepy all day. I pretty much only went to two classes and spent the rest of the day in the locker room. I was looking forward to going home to get some sleep, yet I cantknowing that if i did i would miss a session at the gym. plus I ate a tub of ice cream and I gota get rid of that. So now im sitting here thinking what to do. If i go itll be shoulders and traps and if anything ill post the #s later. :scratch:

I made up my mind and went to the gym, supriisingly after I did my first warm up set and got the blood flowing I got a punch of energy, so every thign went good. I hit shoulders and traps.....hard
seated military press- 65x15 95x12 105x8 115x 7
shrugs- 15x135 15x225 15x315 drop set from 315-135 (Thought my neck was onfire)
Side lateral raises- 15x15 13x20 10x25 8x30 Drop set from 30-15
Reverse Peck deck flyes- 75x15 105x12 120x10 135x8

After a crapload of studying for my math final I decided to treat my back
to a nice beating today :evillaugh
Pull Downs- 120x15 140x12 160x8 180x6
BB Rows- 135x12 155x8 135x12 135x10 (felt like doing higher reps lower weight on those today)
Deadlifts- 135x15 225x12 315x6 315x6

THANKS ALL. I did legs today and for some reason it wasnt what i expected. My back was aching from yesterday so I didnt do as many squats as normal and I was just pretty much out of it. I think it was cuz i forgot my mp3 player. I never do as good when I'm not listening to some hardcore metal or rap. Idk if its because I dont think of the weight as much or that it jsut gets me pumped, but its weird. Idk if anyone can relate but.......today sucked.

Today I did arms in the gym. I switched up my exersices a little. It was a good work out, with the last working set of my bb curls being a new PR.
BB Curls- 15x 55 10x 85 8x95 5x105 yeaaaa
Hammer Curls- 25x12 30x10 35x8 40x8
Spider curls- 30x10 35x6 30x8( I think thats what their called, Its when you puit the back of a bench completely vertical, rest your arm on it and curl the weight. Like a preacher curl, except vertical)
Tricep Push downs- 100x15 150x12 150x11 150x12
Skull crushers- 65x12 85x10 85x7
Kick backs- 20x15 25x12 30x8 35x7 15xtill failure

I was pissed that I didnt do a good chest session so I went again by my self and did chest again. I had no spotter so I did dumbell presses and smith machine presses. I just kept nockin out reps. I wrote it all down too

SO I THAUGHT I WAS BACK AND FULLY RECOVERED. But today i wake up with my throat almost swolen shut and my tonsils filled with osme frikin liquid. hurt like a biatch to swalow. I went to the doctor and got some antibiotics and other herbs. IM REALLY FRIKIN PISSED :mad:

CauTION TO ALL THOSE DIETING
I just had to post my awsome lazy day. im on soem ill antibiotics so im not aloowed to break a sweat or i might die or something, so i just stayed home, played video games and ate a crap load of food. I had a crap load of taco bell, kfc, 2 big a$$ idaho potatos with loads of sour cream,butter milk, some home made chicken fillets, half a cake thing, a quart of ben and jerrys with whiped cream and chocolate syrup, few cans of soda, protein shake with peanut butter, 2 bananas, and one of them large dunkin donut coolata things. Being sick can be fun some times.

Went To The Gym Today And Did A Fairly Light Chest Session That Looked Like This. I Think Ima Start A Hardcore Bulk Pretty Soon And Jsut Eat Everything In Sight. The Last Time I Tried Bulking I Couldnt Handle It After 3-4 Weeks During Which I Gained Only 3 Lbs. Got Tired Of Eating Non Stop And Being Bloated. But Ima Pull Through This Time. Im Hoping To Hit 190 By The End Of The Summer. We'll See How That Goes......

Just Got Back From An Awsome Chest Session And It Was Awsome. Started With Barbel Bench Press But Once I Got To 155 It Was Sketchy With Out A Spotter So I Had To Move It To The Smith Machine, But Its All Good Cuz On The Smith Machine I Feel It Only In My Pecs, No Shoulder Involment At All. During The Day My Chest Is Pretty Small But After A Hard Work Out It Almost Matches The Rest Of My Body, But That Only Lasts For An Hour Or So. I played two games of lacrosse yesterday so i could barely walk today, but I hit up the GYM for some chest anyway.Looked somewhat liek this.
had no spotter so i stayed light
benchpress- 105x15 135x12 135x10 135x10 155x8
incline flyes-30x12 30x12 35x8 30x10
dumbell press- 50x10 60x8 70x10
those were the base exersices I threw in two sets of cable crossovers and machine presses at the end.
