Well im going to start a bulk and im looking for some little tips on how to get my cals up a little more. I usually add some natty pb at end of a meal or some olive oil to my food what else works good?

eat peanut butter when you are full. just one table spoon or so.

When you think you can eat all the stuff in front of you. come back to it in a bit. You don't need to slam 1000 cals in one meal the idea is to get the cals over the course of a day.

With this idea, you'll probably end up adding a couple meals to your day.

Its not hard to add cals to your diet.... if you eat 4 times a day with some light snacking here and there then you should be easily able to get 3000+. I get 2000 and thats really holding myself back. I could probably comfortably eat 3500 each day without putting effort into it.

I like to eat a meal at 1am and then 3am, helps my total intake alot.
