well i am thinking about going for it.. i am 23 will be 24 at the end of this month. i am 6'0 and 165.. have always been very lean and my metabolism is very high... i eat and i take protien and cant seem to gain much...have been lifting for well over a year and only gained 15 lbs... i have very low body fat though. right around 8-9. and that is with me trying to bulk. my question is i have read that it is harder to gian naturally after you use then before. is this true? also i am really only looking to be a total of 190 or so.. can i use untill and get there and then jsut go back to natural and maintain? or will i loose it once i stop using?
thanks

Trying lifting for at least another 3 years until you even think about anabolics

At 6.0 bro you can still gain naturally... Trust me Concentrate on your diet.
It's the main factor.
You need to consume Carbs, fats too... not just protein.
Diet,Rest,Training...

If you can't gain naturally then your gains with steroids will be sub-par at best and will not be maintained post cycle. Learn to eat more calories than you burn, train for a few years then hit a cycle.

ok i can go longer naturally that isnt a problem if that is what i should do. just curious. jsut thought maybe i could hit a cycle to gain 10 or so pounds and then go back naturally. is that not a option.. i know everyone says you dont stop but therotically would this work? i was just reading and i know i am at the age to benefit from it. i will take your guys advice and hold off for a while though.
thanks

Smalls already answered that one for you.

if i was gaining naturally then i took one cycle and gained 15 or so pounds, then never hit it again, would i keep those gains without using? or would i lose it if i went back to lifting and eating properly

If you know how to manipulate your training, diet and rest post cycle then you could keep a high proportion of the gains made. Otherwise read what smalls said!
You can't gain 10 pounds of anything right now, what makes you think you can gain 10 pounds of anything besides water on a cycle?

i dont think i can... that is why i am asking. like i said if you guys suggest to keep going natural then i will. wasnt really deciding to go just thinking about it. when would i be ready? at what weight would i ... when i stop gaining naturally? i jsut have read that you should between the ages of 22-25... and turn 24 at the end of the month.. and i have been lifting for quite a while now. jsut curious... kinda hard to tell from all the different points of view.
When you know how to gain however much weight you want regardless of composition (fat or muscle) then you'll be ready. Determined by genetics, each persons body has different capabilities as far is muscle growth is concerned. Even if you have the crappiest genetics on the planet, you can gain weight. Once all the weight you gain no matter what you try is fat, that would be an indicator you're possibly ready for anabolics.

is oral dbol "anabol" a total waste of time and money by itself? can you expect even a few decent lbs from it?

by itself it would be next to useless to you
