THIS MEAL SHOULD HAVE SOME SORT OF CASEIN. ONE EXAMPLE WOULD BE COTTAGE CHEESE. ALSO, GET SOME EFAs IN HERE TO KEEP YOUR BODY ANABOLIC OVERNIGHT. SINCE CASEIN IS SLOW DIGESTING, IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME TO DIGEST OVERNIGHT.

Your peanut butter would fit nicely in there. EFA stands for Essential Fatty Acid. ex: peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, salmon, tuna. If you don't like cottage cheese, I suppose you could use milk or a casein shake. I forgot to mention to start to drink green tea anywhere in your diet, as it has too many benefits to count. :)

Roger, I will take my peanut butter in there with a glass of milk(2%?). How many cals in green tea? Is it just basic stuff that I can pick up at a gas station on my way somewhere?

In my opinion, skim milk would be better because there is no saturated fat. Green tea has very low calories, if any at all, and is fairly easy to find. Now, I don't know if you would find it at a gas station, but you could sure as hell try. (Gas stations have everything these days. :)) The downside to drinking milk before bed is that you wake up to take a piss in the middle of the night. (Most of the time.)

Any green tea is good. Hell, green tea capsules are even ok. Just as long as you get it into you.

I just checked, the gas station has Arizona Green Tea and Diet Arizona Green Tea. Since im cheating today right before I start my clean bulk, I grabbed a bag of Chili Cheese Fritos. :)

Got myself all sorts of tea last night at the market. The bigelow peach green tea is awesome, and the caramel vanilla normal tea is AWESOME with alittle splenda in it. I've probably had 10+ cups of tea today already.

Err, I think I need to make some changes later tonight. With my two ten minute breaks for two of my smaller meals, I can not get through them. I might have to compromise using Ground Turkey Sandwiches.

Boiled Egg whites IMO don't taste bad at all, don't be to picky I bet you after the first week you won't even look at it that way anymore you'll just be downing them like cookies. I use to hate Tuna now I love the stuff. Just takes getting use to new things I guess.

Boiled? Would I have to drink that? :P I need to find some sort of shake I can make and stand, getting 1000 calories or so down in a shake would make me happy. I do not have time for preparing all of this food and eating it through-out the day in the time I get. I have two ten minute breaks, and a thirty minute lunch. I am taking a summer course so I am having to deal with school an extra month. Any good shake ideas? :)

Well Im not a good person at making shakes I like to enjoy eat so w/e I would put in a shake i eat whole but thats just me. About the boiled eggs all you have to do if you want something quick is...

Step1-Get a pot of water
Step2-put a dozen eggs in the pot of water
Step3-Let it boil for 15-20mins
Step4 peel the egg shell off and enjoy your egg whites.

Oh would be kind of funny boiling a carton in water lol. I buy them in bulk from pathmark comes with like 6dozen. It goes pretty quick.

yeah I noticed that to. Im at about 130 now(bulking up lost alot weight due to injury.) and I get a little more calories then that daily.

I'd have to agree. It's pretty likely with those stats that you have a fast metabolism. ~3000 cals isn't really very many.

I'm pretty sure it's cheaper to buy whole eggs and throw out the yolks. Wasteful perhaps, but cheaper.

ROFL, no I was not drinking egg whites. I scrambled them up and ate them. I could down about five and then I had to swigg some Diet DP and swallow as much as I could... Then my throat started closing up as I tried to finish them off. :X

I was 6' and 238 pounds last year. :x
