Well I thought I might as well start a lifting journal to help keep track of my progress, don't plan on putting any dieting stuff in here just my lifting sessions. Well I start tomorrow with legs, after 1.5 weeks off.

Well today I bought my belt for squats going to go work out in an hour or so. I post my session when I'm done.

Well I'm done with my workout now. Today was Legs. Man I feel like I've lost alittle, probably because I'm doing a cut right now, can't stand this stomach fat anymore. Going to cut til I see a 6 pack then go on a clean bulk. Well heres my work out:

Squats
Warm up:
135x8
155x5
185x5
Workout:
230x5
240x5
255x3
255x1

Leg extensions:
45x8
55x8
70x8

BB Hack squat:
135x6
155x6

SLDL:
135x8
155x8

Leg Curls:
45x8
55x6

BB Calf Raises:

Heres what I did for today's session Chest/Tris.

BB Bench Press:
135x8
155x8
170x8
185x4

BB Incline Press:
135x7
135x6
135x3

CG Bench press:
135x6
135x5
135x5

Skull Crushers (EZ bar):
55x10
65x6
65x5

Warm down:
3x10 BW bench dips

Well I couldn't get my last workout in or todays. This next week is going to be kind of hard to lift going on Cruise to Alaska :D. Maybe they'll have lifting equipment on the boat so I could do something.

Lookin pretty strong there bro...Except I am a bit baffled to say the least by ur incline bench...Seems a bit low compared to ur flat...but then again some people dont feel comfortable on the incline personally I love it...how about you?

Well I'm back from the cruise. Going to do legs tomorrow also going to try a different routine. And Gutz the reason my incline is so low is because by the time I get to it my arms feel like jello, lol. Normally I could push 170-175 for around 4 reps.

One more thing I weighed my self today and I've lost 5 pounds and have lost 1" off my waist.
