If i do cardio in the morning before work, and then go do my anaerobic exercise after work, will that have any negative impact on my body.
My idea is that I would like to cut down on the amount of time im in the gym for, and as it stands I could be there from 1 - 2 hours depending on the routine I am doing for that span, so if i was to move my cardio (running probably,) to the morning before my commute then I would be able to cut out 30 minutes at the least from my afternoon workouts.
