I am going to begin a new job,

this is more of a corporate gig, and I do not have access to cooking or making food... also tuna is out of the question...

So i need some ideas to get at least 3 meals in the day while at work, that are clean, and that adheres to these problems... please help

Turkey sandwiches in plastic baggies like mom used to make. Milk, lots of it. And shakes with olive oil or peanut butter. Also fruit and protien bars would work.

Cottage cheese. I eat a large tub of it every day.

I work in an office.

M1: hard boiled eggs, eaten in the car on the way to work
M2: cottage cheese, natty PB and apple (keep cc and apples in fridge, PB at your desk)
M3: "lunch"
M4: second "lunch" or more cottage cheese, natty PB and apple
M5: pwo shake/meal at the gym
M6: at home

The night before work, mix up shakes and put them in bottles, then drink them whenever it's time to eat a meal at work. I use things like milk, oats, whey, natty PB, olive oil, bananas, etc. It only takes ~5 min to prepare, less than that to consume, and you can easily pack 1000+ cals into a shake.
