Hey. I'm a 19 year old student and I've been working out for a couple of years. As of recently I've decided to get really strict with a diet because I never paid much attention to it in the past. I was curious what you guys thought I might need to work on. Picture quality is kinda grainy and lousy but it should suffice. I will get leg pics up soon. Thanks.

my current stats:
chest - 42''
quads - 25''
arms - 17''
calves - 18''
waist - 32''

5'10'' 185 pounds.. I have no idea what my bodyfat % is

traps and tris look good, but cant see too much from those pics (chest, delts etc...)

it's a little hard to tell but you look like you got some good size on you!

was it the angle, or were the shoulders small?

bodyfat appears to be fairly low..

You're right I think I do need to work on my shoulders a bit.. plus they're a bit narrow to begin with without muscle

I bet you have the same problem as me with your arms doing a lot of your work on the bench?

Really, I think if you get with, stick with and do a really strick diet like you mentioned you are going to be insanely cut and keep your size, because there is already the muscle there, you just have to remove the little bit of fat that's there. Wait till fall and then eat ton's of food (still clean and you'll ballon!)

It's all diet man

Me too. You've got enough size on you to look good cut up for summer.

And you don't have far to go from the looks of things.
