Say you are on a cut and your eating seven low calorie meals a day. what if one day you just eat when you hungery and are able to not eat one meal that day. Is this better for the cut (because you are getting less calories, thus for weight loss) or worse (because your metabolism might slow down and the body might eat its muscle?

I really don't think one meal every once and awhile will go either way.

as long as you arent doing it on a continuing basis..... I sometimes have no appetite and dont bother eating but then again im on a totally different diet. If you find yourself losing to much muscle and strength.... you'll know the answer

I forgot what being hungry was like...

missing a meal every once in a while isnt going to kill you.

Missing one low calorie meal is going to have next to zero effect on anything (weight loss, metabolism, etc.).

Shush, he'll drop 5 pounds of muscle if he misses one meal.

I missed a meal once and my stomach collapsed on me. Don't let it happen to you!
