This is perfectly fine for cooking my Egg Whites right? I don't want to sound like a freak by asking, but I must. It only adds protein AFAIK.

you're not gonna have too much oil stickin' to your eggs but, if it were me, i'd use pam or some other non-stick spray. i find they work better anyway... plus you get your recommended daily allowance of aerosol.

Butter or olive oil for frying. Corn oil is crap.
