Hey all, what would you recommend the dosage be for vitamin c for bodybuilders? I'm 240lbs, so would I need more than someone say 180lbs?

I take 1000mg of vit. c before working out and 250mg with every meal. you're asking a lot of good questions

Yes,it depends on your weight.

There is absolutely no point in taking more than 100mg of vit c per serving, this amount has been proved to comfortably saturate the body, so anything over this will just be flushed down the toilet.

I have also read somewhere, that DNA is damaged by vit c taken in mega doses, anybody else heard the same.
