GNC is cheap on their own whey sometimes, but here's a price comparison on the best whey imo and in a lot of other people's opinions. Go to GNC and look for Optimum Nutrition Whey, 5lbs. Should be ~$55, which is what it was at my local GNC. Here's what ON is at 1fast400:

It means 20g protein per 30 gram serving, as opposed to the regular concentrate which I believe is 22g of protein per 30 gram serving.

I'm interested to hear as well.

Isolate is higher quality protein, which imo does not justify the extra cost.

maybe this isn't the right thread to post this in but has anybody tried GNC's Mega Whey?

I had a container of it a month ago and I really didn't see any point in it... It had a few extras in it (like Glutamine); which was kind of nice but if you look at the nutrition chart, it appears that all they did was up the serving size. You have to take more than one scoop per serving.

There are a couple other differences; I just stick to the regular whey.

BTW, does anyone know if Sams Club sells whey?
