I was ordering some supps from 1fast400 and noticed it is their number one seller for weightloss. I read about it and it sounds great. So then I came here and ran a search and heard nothing but positive reviews.

A few questions.

I read the dosing is three times a day before meals. How large should my dosage be?

Fish oil caps are supposed to be good to take with this. I currently take 3-6 1 gram caps. Should I take 6 and if so should I take them at the same time I take Sesathin?


Is there anything I can't take with Sesathin?

Edit: Just reread your post, it makes sense now sorry. Yea it's just oil right? What if take yohimbine with it? I know you should avoid certain foods while taking yohimbine, will sesathin fall in that category?
