I just finished my jug of Cell-Tech creatine, and I have been talking to a couple guys and they said they've been using NO2, and it's worked really well, so I'm going to use that. Is it good if I take whey protein with it? I have that laying around, so I may as well use it if it's a good combo.
I also just purchased Thermorexin to cut some fat, should I use that now as well, or is all 3 of these overboard?

Search NO2 on these forums as well as protein.
To sum it up, if you use an arginine product, get something cheaper(which will do the same thing)
Protein powder is not magical and doesn't "work" or "not work." It's just food. real food does the same thing.
But make sure eyou search through stuff on here, as I have not explained verything you need to know.

Replace the word protein with such foods as chicken, beef, eggs, milk and then ask yourself the same question.

Dude, don't worry I'm already on a good diet, I lost 15 pounds instead of the freshman 15 this year. I'm somewhat knowledgable about supplements, but I was just wondering how these would work together.

well you could get the same results with protein and no NO2. It isnt really a work or not work question.... thats what everyone is trying to say

To add to what Slim said (i.e. if you really want NO2, get a cheap Arginine product); Arginine is virtually worthless as far as bodybuilding goes, although it does have certainly health benefits (i.e. blood pressure).

you are knowlegdable about supplements? i beg to differ if you are on cell-tech and NO2...ditch the NO2 its worthless and a rip-off at $60+ per bottle. and for half the price of cell tech you can get pure creatine monohydrate from a number of different places and save yourself alot of trouble

Um, i would have never bought Cell-Tech and NO2 if I didnt get really good deals on em. I got 7 lb. of Cell tech for $45. And the NO2 for $54.
I said SOMEWHAT, i didn't say I was a pro. How bout helping instead of insulting, that would be great.
NO2 is worthless, does absolutely nothing huh?

Never said anything about your diet. I merely said replace the word protein in your question with foods like chicken, beef, milk, eggs, etc. You seem to be treating protein powder like some miracle anabolic prohormone complex or something. It's just protein.

NO2 gives you a "pump". This is just basically a little bit of improved blood flow for a short period of time. There are no strength/mass gains associated with NO2. So, basically you will take it for a month or two, get your nice "pump" feeling and then stop it and keep absolutely nothing. Not worth the $55.

Yeah, you STOLE that NO2 when you can get a 1 lb jug of Arginine for around $20. What a deal......

well the only reason i did it is cuz 2 close friends, and 2 guys in the weight room friday said it worked well for them...
so you don't keep anything? is it like creatine? cuz I've done creatine and that made me bigger, as long as i keep lifting after the NO2 shouldn't I keep it?
does anyone have AIM or MSN messenger? I'd really like to talk to someone on there if I could, thanks!

well I still have the receipt for the NO2, and the lady in the store told me it was sooo much better than creatine, and also I can return an empty bottle and just say I didn't like it for a full refund............. I'm such a compulsive buyer, STUPID ANDREW!!! is creatine going to work a lot better? should I just return it and get the cell tech again?

Don't get celltech. You can get regular creatine monohydrate + dextrose for nearly half the price.
Good job on ditching the NO2
Stop listening to your buddies at the gym. They know absolutely nothing.
Stop listening to that whore at GNC. Do not listen to ANY GNC employees EVER.
Find a small chain or non chain supplement store, they will usually be cheaper. If not, you can order some good supps online at www.1fast400.com or www.atlargenutrition.com
