What is the purpose of taking a stack? I see a lot of posts regauring taking stacks and I was wondering what they do and if they are safe?

A stack is when you take a combination of a certain type of supplements to maximize the gains they may give you.

Only ones I can think of are
Prohormone stacks 4ad and M1t
ECA stack, ephedra, caffeine and aspirin
and Dextrose and Creatine, not even sure if you would consider this a stack though.

I'd say more generally it's just taking more than one supplement/drug at a time. The goal should clearly be to maximize results or it wouldn't really make any sense, but hey, there's a lot of stupid people out there :).
