Type Number of Sets Number of Reps
Barbell Rows 2 4 to 6
"V"-Bar Pull-downs2 4 to 6
Pull-ups (add weight if needed)2 4 to 6
Seated Cable Rows1 4 to 6
Deadlifts 2 4 to 6

Incline Barbell Bench Press 3 4 to 6
Flat Barbell Bench Press3 4 to 6
Decline Barbell Bench Press1 4 to 6

LOTS OF ABS
PUSHUPS Till Failure 3 Sets.
Tredmill 10 minutes.
Full Body Stretch, same one I do before baseball pratices/game.


Good monday workout?? seems like alot but i want a good workout...

need comments thanks

Seems like alot of upper body work for one day, espcially for the chest. Why the deads???

wow, that was one of the hardest workouts ever, i took out the deadlifts thouhg and i actually dont really max-ot but do as many reps as i can using almost the most i can do. So it goes from like 8 reps to 6 to 5.

Ok i need to put on the next days workout...

forearms traps shoulders... i wanan do those 3..... for the first workout.. i actually did incline press machine and also did the pec fly cmachine

Seated Dumbbell Press 1 4 to 6
Standing Side Lateral Dumbbell Raises 2 4 to 6

any other good shoulder workouts?/

Traps
Barbell Shrugs 3 4 to 6

Forearms
Barbell Wrist Curls 2 6 to 8
Dumbbell Wrist Curls 2 6 to 8
