OK-Here's what I came up with.

My friend and I both have been lifting, me using creatine, him nothing. I used Cell-Tech and really liked it. I've noticed some nice definition coming through. I just want to keep gaining muscle, because Cell-Tech worked really well for me. He has been using protein, and wants to get in on the creatine as well.

We went to GNC yesterday going for Creatine, and were suckered into NO2 by some lady there. Apparently it's no good, according to the 99% of people on here, and I trust u guys more.

So can you tell me specifically what to get? I don't mind spending the money on the Cell-Tech cuz I know it works, but if there's something cheaper that works just as well, can you tell me specifically what it is, and I'll order two for my friend and I. We're just gonna use the NO2 until whatever you guys recommend to get comes in, then return the NO2 for a full refund.

Thanks a ton.

Also, how is Cee-Pro compared to normal drink Cell-Tech. Would it work better/worse? If I'm right, isn't there that ethyl ester in the Cee-Tech? I like the fact of just 2 pills instead of making the drinks, but if powder creatine is better that's just fine too.

creatine monohydrate (micronized dissolves easier) and dextrose (get it in a beer and wine making supply store)

That's it.

This costs less than cell tech and will last 8 times as long.

Plain creatine + dextrose basically = CellTech - $$$$

There's some other stuff in CellTech if I'm not mistaken, like ALA, but the dosages are so miniscule they're a joke.

What exactly is dextrose? A powder? I'm not sure if I'd know how to mix the creatine monohydrate and dextrose right...is it hard?

Dextrose is a type of sugar. It looks just like plain old table sugar.

See how much creatine and how many "carbs" are in CellTech. Use that amount of creatine and dextrose to replicate CellTech (minus the other non-important ingredients).

Like people said above...Cell Tech is a waste of money. Creatine Monohydrate and Dextrose(table sugar or smarties :)) is all you need. I took NO2 for a while...just for fun. I got if for insanely cheap. It gives you nice pumps but that's it. Minimal performance gains and it's hella expensive. Most people on the boards will say NO2 is a waste of money. When you take Creatine make sure you're drinking over a gallon of water a day or you WILL **** your body up. Also, know that the body you get through Creatine will not stay that way once you get off of it since Creatine does make your muscles look bigger than they actually are. Creatine is good because it gives you more energy when you workout and 'sucks' nutrients and water into your muscle. The water being sucked in is what makes your muscles seem bigger.

That water actually helps your muscles grow, too.
