I have been wondering for a while now what kind of effect a thermogenic has during the time that you spend idle. I started using Thermogain, and it seems that the only effect I really take advantage of is the stimulant-like effects.

1. Does a thermogenic really help you burn more while you are just sitting around? (I am in an office environment, and I rarely get to move around during the day).

2. Is using a thermogenic for its stimulant effects an hour before hitting the gym yield the kind of results that you pay for?

3. Appetite suppression is not an issue for me. I am very strict on my low-carb diet, and I do not suffer any psychological effects from being on it.

1. Assuming it's a respectable thermogenic, it will speed up your metabolism thus allowing you to burn more calories at rest. Granted however, an EC stack is probably as strong a thermogenic as you can get (before you start talking more about drugs than supplements) and I believe it only boosts your metabolism about 2-3%.

2. Only you can answer that. If it gives you more energy for your workouts that may or may not justify the cost.

The beauty of thermogenics is that it will force your body to burn more calories than it otherwise would. The best thermogenic I know of atm is Thermorexin...aside from an EC stack that is.

...and a homemade EC stack is the best.

And cheapest, as an added perk.
