I have been wondering for a while now what kind of effect a thermogenic has during the time that you spend idle. I started using Thermogain, and it seems that the only effect I really take advantage of is the stimulant-like effects.
1. Does a thermogenic really help you burn more while you are just sitting around? (I am in an office environment, and I rarely get to move around during the day).
2. Is using a thermogenic for its stimulant effects an hour before hitting the gym yield the kind of results that you pay for?
3. Appetite suppression is not an issue for me. I am very strict on my low-carb diet, and I do not suffer any psychological effects from being on it.
