These aren't really before pictures, they are pictures of me currently. But when complemented by my updated pics in a couple months they will indeed be my 'before' pictures (and hopefully they will look like the before and after pictures you see in bowflex commercials).

I'm currently 19, 6'1'', and 180lbs. I have been lifting for about a year, but my gains have been extremely small of late. I suspect that this is largely a result of my diet so I have currently bumped up my daily intake approx. 800 kcals to 3500 (healthy) kcals/day. I also switched from a 3day split routine to full body circuit training done 3X/week.

Hopefully these changes will help me shatter my plateau and bring me big gains. Wish me luck.

And Yes, I do know that my legs are pitiful. I have ignored them until recently. However, all that has changed. But please spare me the comments about my legs. I only included the picture because everyone always asks about them when they are not included

I hotlink them from photobucket. Or you can just "go advanced" and attach them that way.

I dont know how to hotlink, and I tried the advanced thing both times and its not working. I think it must be my firewall. I'm gonna try again later, I dont have time right now.

Apparently my files are too big. Any ideas about how to make them smaller?

if you have Microsoft paint on your computer or photoshop, skew and shrink the image so the filesize is smaller.
Hope that helps
