Me again! I was checking out KingKamali's website and you can check out his pre-contest diet which includes two doses of 500mg liquid L-Carnitine.
You think this may be worth using before cardio or before weight training?

Check out his site if you got time...

LOL
That's a pretty cool site - but, the terminator?? WTF??
I always wondered if that was his real name?
L-Carnitine is pretty expensive so i dont take it, but i read that it helps you when you do cardio.....so pre contest it might help.

L-carnitine helps in fat utilization by mitochondria so it can be taken as a cutting agent. It has also an anti-catabolic action (Acetyl-L-Carnitine) and it's good for the heart.(Helps in endurance).

I wouldn't waste my money on that $hit....
To be honest, Blackalpha is PARTLY correct. L-Carnitine does aid in fat burning, in that in the body it is a transporter of free fatty acids to be used as energy. Anti-catabolic properties? hmmmmmm........ However, the human body will not benefit from supplementation from this unless you're deficient in it. The body has all the L-carnitine that it needs, if you're not deficient then don't bother with it. Supplementing with no deficiency just means your body will excrete it. Hope this helps bro.
