ha. Well last time I was on creatine I was using the GNC Mono. I didn't see much of a result. I actually kinda hated it. I was looking for something better this time.

Tricreatine Malate...Bench went from 305 to 355 and deadlift went from 425 to 507 from the exact points that I started on this supplement to 6 weeks later. No other change was evident and progress had been gradually increasing up to that point...very powerful stuff!

$33.95 for 3.38lbs...Cheaper than alot of them. And I'll assume that you've never heard of Nutrex as they have some of the best supplements on the market, course imo.

Not the least expensive or most expensive.....It works very well though as the Vitargo is sugar free and transports the creatine just as well as dextrose mixes.

It has definately helped me out more than some other creatine blends but whether or not is the best is of course up for debate. I say for the most part all creatine blends work good and can't go wrong with most of them.

Just looked it up. The problem with ANY pre-mixed creatine is that it contains calories (usually carbs, and most often but not in this case, sugars) that you don't want any time other than pre and post-workout. When are you supposed to take this stuff on an off day? I don't want 60g of "Vitargo" (whatever the heck that is) in my daily diet.
That's why you can't go wrong with good ol' creatine monohydrate. You can make your own pre or post-workout formula for cheaper than you'd buy it pre-mixed AND you can have it on its own when you don't have room for the extra carbs in your diet.

Creatine monohydrate + orange juice (or any other sugar) = all you need. If you don't get results, then you can do one of three things:
1) try upping the dose - some people don't respond to 5g/day while 10g/day does the trick.
2) realize that you could very well be a non-responder.
3) pay 3 times as much for a product with half the active ingredient and a bunch of sugar that won't do anything different than CM + OJ anyway.

That's $33.95 for 200g of creatine monohydrate + some fancy carbs that act like sugar. I love how they are bragging that it's not actually a sugar. It still contains calories and it still causes an insulin spike, so who cares that it's not a sugar? lol. Typical trend marketing.
Anyway. Your product works out to $0.16 per gram of creatine. ALN's creatine works out to less than $0.03 per gram. So you are literally paying 5 times more than you should be. Nice, eh?

Not to mention ALN's creatine isn't even the cheapest on the market...but hey, it helps run the site.

As I said, not the cheapest or most expensive out there. My point was that I've had good success with it versus other monohydrate mixes. I am not naive to think its the best thing in the world....

If the placebo effect is worth the extra $.12-$.13/g, that's fine. It's your money, not ours.

I don't believe in buying the cheapest stuff...when it comes to creatine, which is one of the best supplements out there,u shouldn't be so concerned about money and quantity, but quality,u should be asking urself, which one is the most effective?which one delivers the best results?I remember the first creatine i ever tried was mono creatine gnc brand, and i hated it. The second creatine i tried was a weider product...i didn't like it either,it didn't do much. The third one was awesome,cell-tech,I remember a guy working at gnc telling me''dude,it's the same thing, they just added a bunch of sugar, and you are just wasting your money, try the cheaper stuff, the gnc brand ,you'll like it,it's just as powerful...''...yeah alright,i came back to gnc a few days later, complaining about how it didn't do anything to me ,and why cell-tech was so much better. I just couldn't believe the difference. But what I never liked about cell-tech is that it can make me really bloated, like,my face would look fat and bloated...other than that,it delivered great results, and it made me hold more water in the muscle. I'm currently taking cell-mass,I just been taking it for 2 weeks,I'm still experimenting with it,the reason why I bought it was because I was told that it's just like cell-tech,but with no bloat. There is a lot less bloat with cell-mass,but there's still a little bit of bloat. I want to experiment with kre-alkylyn,which is supposed to be a lot better, with no bloat at all, because it's high PH level is suppose to prevent creatine from turning into creatinine, which is what causes the bloat...I'll be getting a free sample of kre-alkylyn soon through mail,i hope I'll like it,so far cell-mass seems to be ok,but i'm not totally convinced yet. :micro:

Funny how you put down NO products in this thread http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?t=65167 only to post here and endorse Gaspari super pump. What's even more funny is that you promote a product where creatine is a very small part of the overall ingredients, and it's simply creatine monohydrate and tri-creatine malate.
