Can I Get A Good List Of Some Foods To Eat While Cutting Out Sodium?

I've kinda loaded up on sodium for the past day or two and I'd like to cut it back for a couple of days. What are some good foods to be eating while depleting myself of sodium?

Im guessing anythings that says no salt added, or reduced sodium, but God alot of those things taste like s**t, no salt added CC is disgusting I would not reccomend it.

You can pretty much forget about eating out anywhere for a while. Almost all FF joints, as well as most resturaunts in general, use massive amounts of sodium.

Head off to the Recipes forum, b/c you'll be doing a lot of cooking for yourself if you want to keep sodium low.
