Okay, need some suggestions here. Started summer college classes that last all friggin day. I need some suggestions as to what type sandwich would be best to pack that I can scarf down walking from one class to the next. Any suggestions about the healthiest/best for keeping in diet? I'm currently on a cut by the way....

Yeah i usually take a turkey on ww with mustard and red or grn peppers. I have the same problem with class so this seems to work well.

Chicken breast and hot sauce sandwich. It actually tastes like your eating spicy chicken wings.

Pick your favorite protein source that you like on your sandwiches. Pick your favorite carb source to make the sandwich. Pick a fat source if you like.

Just make one that will fit your needs and that you would like. I love chicken/turkey, so I use whole wheat bread, a few slices of chicken/turkey and some cheese.
