I posted a few videos in my journal but im not sure if they run well... my brother was babbling on about whether it supports html and i dont know crap about computers so thats all gibberish to me. He said they take a while to load and to give it a little bit. If you could just let me know if it works i'd appreciate it.

Im trying to get up to 155lb dumbells, those i'll def need a spot for to get up for the first rep

Heh, impressive... my stabalizer muscles arn't as good as Id like. I could maybe do 7 of those if it were flat, any elevation wrecks my strenght with DB's.

I've done 120's on incline for 5 before, i'll get some more footage next time i do chest. When i first started lifting we hever had a flat bench, only dumbells and a smith machine. I cant stand smith machines so i only used dumbells quite some time, i am actually greatfull i started with just dumells though i feel its built me a good base.

Its propably worked the **** outa your stabalizer muscles, which is the only real thing I think that keeps me from going heavy on seated db press, incline db press, db flys, and db bench press.

I can do just as much on my incline as my flat with dumbells but with bb bench my flat is a solid 50 lbs ahead in max than incline

I would really focus on dumbells for a while i bet it would really impove your lifts.
