Ok, these pics are about 1 month apart. I've only been at it now for about 4-5 months. Let me know what you think.

back looks good and lean man good gains!, try focussing on upper back as well and not just lats altough they are sweet

good progress!

rows and shrugs for upper/middle back

Thanks for the link. I currently do shrugs. I've been actually thinking about adding bent over rows and wide grip pull ups as well.

Lookin good and lean. With your frame it appears you could hold onto a ton of muscle, keep it up bro.

Yea, I know about the deads. Had to back off them for about a month. I pulled a muscle.

Your lats look great! What kind of exercises do you do to build them? Judging by your name I'm going to assume you box and that helped make your lats.

Yes it is a Tigger tattoo with boxing gloves. It does have meaning, not some senseless tat.

Nice gains! Killer lats, I agree. It's a weak point with me. What do you do for 'em?

And might I suggest rack pulls until you can do deads again? Might help you ease into them.

Wide behind neck cable pulldowns
Narrow seated rows
Incline T-bar
Reverse Pec deck
Narrow front cable pulldowns
Weighted Hyperextensions
Bent Over Side Raises
