Anything wrong with a lot of diet soda?

Should I avoid drinking diet sodas? I only drink caffeine free brands that are sweetened with sucralose (splenda) and not Aspartame.

I usually have 2-3 a day...?

But has yet to be scientifically proven. There are reports about vitamin e shortening your lifespan too.

Jesus, you don't have to toss your whole supply of something away just on my word. It's not conclusive evidence or anything, but I figure better safe than sorry...if i can get either sucralose or aspartame, why not just get sucralose?

It's ok though lol it was almost done, I still have a good liter left that was already made in the fridge , so im going to finish that up and stick to diet pepsi/water/green tea. Diet pepsi will probably make me feel even more bloated then I already feel from being on a bulk lol.

b/c diet pepsi doesnt have Aspartame in it like my ice tea mix. It's the diet pepsi made with splenda.

Goes to his fridge and pulls out a "diet coke with splenda". Dunno if pepsi does it now, but coke does it. Part of the name too.

And I think it's funny how quick you were to throw out your iced tea. If I tell you that the ink in your money is proven to cause cancer, will you mail it to me? =)

i don't trust splenda just as much as aspartame. "it's made from sugar, but not sugar" some bs like that. it'll probably be linked to more health problems like aspartame. i think if your gonna better yourself healthwise, stay away from anything carbonated. thats my 2 cents.
